Kundalini yoga creates a connection between the mind and the body through many simple techniques using the senses, the mind and body. Kundalini yoga concentrates on the Chakras or in other words the psychic centers in the body to create new energy in the body, also referred to as the kundalini energy. This kundalini energy is also regarded as the life force inside our body.
