does yoga really make u lose wait like they say or is it just a myth to make us go to yoga..?



i think we need to be told the truth about stuff like this befor we buy it or go to classes or pay for a big opperation that might not go well so i would like to know how this stuff work or not..........

1Well, the only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume. So, if you go to yoga, you do burn calories, so it is posible to lose weight by incorporating yoga into your routine. Also, yoga does help to make your muscles lean and makes you appear taller. Yoga can help you to reduce stress as well. I guess all of this really depends on if you like it enough to stick to it.

ANY form of movement burns calories. Besides, yoga helps to build muscles and muscles burn more calories than fat!
